Who we are

Long Licious (Aneka Putu Long Licious) is a trading name of Millionaires Magnet Team, SSM registration no. 201203086062 (JM0620942-U), stall at Pasar Tani Kekal Datin Halimah, Lot 6313, Jalan Taruka, Off Jalan Datin Halimah, 80700 Johor Bahru, Johor.

What we collect

When you send an order through this website, we keep: - your name and phone number; - your delivery or event address (if you choose delivery or an event booking); - the date, time, items ordered and any notes you write.

We do NOT ask for your IC number, and we never receive bank card details — you pay us directly by DuitNow QR, bank transfer or cash.

How we use it

to prepare, deliver or hand over your order;
to contact you on WhatsApp or by phone about that order (confirmation, payment, changes);
to keep our business sales records.

We do not sell your data and we do not send you promotions without your consent.

Who can see it

the owner and staff of Long Licious who handle orders;
the person delivering your order (name, phone and address only, if you choose delivery);
the technology providers that run this website: a server in Malaysia, the Cloudflare network, and encrypted backups at a cloud storage provider that may be outside Malaysia;
WhatsApp (Meta), when you send us your order message.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

Cookies and browser storage

This website sets no advertising cookies or analytics trackers. Your browser keeps your cart and background-music choice in its own storage so they survive moving between pages — that information is not sent to us until you send an order.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as needed to handle the order and for our business records. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, except what we must keep by law.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may: - ask for a copy of the data we hold about you; - ask us to correct data that is wrong; - withdraw your consent or ask us to delete your data.

Security

This website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Order records can only be opened by password-protected staff accounts, and backups are stored encrypted.

We may update this notice from time to time; the date above shows the current version. If the Malay and English versions differ, the Malay version applies.
